Return & Refund Policy

At Nice One Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please note that products that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse

  • Clearance or promotional items (if applicable)

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Eligible refunds will be approved and processed.

  • Refunds will be issued through Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or the original payment method where applicable.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 working days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or payment account.

  • Contact your payment provider for further information.

  • If the issue remains unresolved, please contact our support team.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items that are:

  • Defective upon delivery

  • Damaged during shipping

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item.
